I am the Research Coordinator at Neuro Adx coordinating the two recently funded projects–Neural Markers of Reward Dysregulation in Alcoholism Relapse Prediction (RELAPSE-PREDICT) and Getting Away from Your Addiction: On the Role of Attentional Disengagement (ADDICT-RESPONSE). I am Master's student in Clinical Psychology program at ISPA, with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa and a degree in Psychosocial Support. My interests focus on addiction and the understanding of addictive behaviors, as well as in parenting, particularly mindful parenting practices. Currently, I am working on my Master's thesis, titled "Autonomic Nervous System, Sleep, and Vulnerability in Substance Use", exploring how autonomic regulation influences sleep quality in moderate drinkers and individuals with alcohol use disorder.
